The Military Health System Enterprise-Wide Strategic Sourcing support portfolio is a family of Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts for Medical Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS); Instructor/Operators; and the kitting of ancillary medical equipment and consumables required at medical training locations.

Program Status

Continued support to VHA Resuscitation Initiative (REdI) and Simulation, Learning, Education and Research Network (SimLEARN) programs; ongoing technical refresh of High Fidelity Patient Simulators at Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) locations; providing Tactical Combat Casualty Care Exportable (TC3X) to various Army Units.

Projected Activities

  • 4QFY18: Contract award for canine systems in support of the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC)
  • 1QFY19: Developing a turn-key medical training system for the NATO Special Operations Headquarters (NSHQ) SOF Allied Centre for Medical Education (ACME) Training Facility
